Go-To-Market Strategy: Guiding the scaleups in developing tailored market entry strategies to localize their marketing entry and successfully launch their companies in Qatar.
Financials and Projections: Helping participants build solid financial models, assess their revenue potential, and create accurate financial projections to support growth. on Qatari grounds.
Investment Readiness and Pitching to Investors: Preparing scaleups to become attractive to investors by offering in-depth insights into the regional investment landscape and strategies for securing upcoming funding rounds within the region.
