Our History

Spring exists to power what’s next for founders, industries, and entire innovation ecosystems.

Spring began as a venture studio, created to work side by side with ambitious founders to build and scale new companies from the ground up.

The model was designed to provide far more than just funding. By embedding product expertise, engineering, design, marketing, and capital directly into the venture-building process, Spring enabled founders to focus on their vision while drawing on world-class operational support.

Through this experience, it became clear that founders require more than venture studio support alone. They also need ecosystems that enable growth, strong investor networks to open doors, and strategic partners to accelerate scale.

Today, Spring combines the discipline of a venture studio with the reach of an ecosystem builder. Backed by investors and partners such as Salica Investments (formerly Hambro Perks) and Al-Waha Fund of Funds, along with regional and international collaborators, Spring provides startups with credibility, resources, and connectivity across MENA and beyond.
